Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Stamp Hunt Brasil, the Stamp Hunt website pages for Stamp Hunt Brasil, and related app features. By using Stamp Hunt Brasil, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Stamp Hunt Brasil is a private travel-collection app for iPhone focused on Brazilian states and the Federal District. It is designed for personal memories, progress tracking, and optional sharing. Stamp Hunt Brasil is not a government service, official travel record, immigration record, airline record, proof of residence, proof of citizenship, or proof of legal travel status.

App Store Terms

Stamp Hunt Brasil is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Downloads, purchases, refunds, taxes, family sharing availability, and payment methods are handled by Apple and may also be governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a custom license applies.

If Apple terms conflict with these Terms for App Store billing, refund, or download mechanics, Apple’s terms control that part of the transaction.

Free Use and Paid Unlock

You can collect up to 5 Brazilian state stamps for free. After the free limit, Stamp Hunt Brasil offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase called Unlimited States (com.rafacst.stamphunt.unlock.unlimitedstates).

The Unlimited States purchase unlocks the ability to keep adding Brazilian state stamps in the app beyond the free 5-state limit. It is not a subscription, does not renew automatically, and does not create a Stamp Hunt Brasil account.

“Unlimited” means unlimited use of the Brazilian-state collection capacity that the app supports on your device, subject to the app’s current Brazilian state catalog, App Store availability, device compatibility, operating system support, and these Terms. It does not guarantee that every flight route, Brazilian airport, photo, file import, state, city, place, or proof type will be recognized correctly.

Prices, Payment, Restore, Offer Codes, and Refunds

Prices are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase. Apple may localize prices, charge applicable taxes, and apply regional App Store rules.

If you reinstall the app or move to another device using the same Apple account, use Restore Purchases in the app to ask Apple to restore eligible purchases. Restore availability depends on Apple’s systems and the Apple account used for the original purchase.

Stamp Hunt Brasil may link to information about free App Store offer-code giveaways. Offer codes, if available, are limited, may expire, may be region-restricted, and are redeemed through Apple under Apple’s rules.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple grants a refund or reverses a transaction, access to the paid unlock may change.

Your Data and Content

Stamp Hunt Brasil stores your profile, state collection, selected evidence images, and related app state locally on your device. You keep your rights to the photos, scans, files, names, profile details, and travel information you choose to use with the app.

You give Stamp Hunt Brasil permission to process the information you choose only as needed to run app features on your device, such as reading a boarding pass, resolving a photo location to a Brazilian state, importing a flight file, rendering a share card, or comparing nearby collections. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

You are responsible for keeping backups if you want to preserve your collection outside the device. Deleting the app or deleting app data can remove local Stamp Hunt Brasil data from that device.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Stamp Hunt Brasil, interfere with the app or App Store purchase flow, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the app except where allowed by law, use the app to violate anyone’s rights, or rely on Stamp Hunt Brasil as an official travel document or legal record.

You are responsible for any content you choose to share from the app. Other apps, websites, people, or services that receive shared content handle it under their own terms and privacy practices.

Third-Party Services and Imports

Stamp Hunt Brasil may use Apple services such as StoreKit, maps, geocoding, location permission, app review, refund, and App Store purchase systems. Those services are provided by Apple under Apple’s terms.

If you import data from services or files associated with Flighty, Tripsy, airlines, airports, or other third parties, you are responsible for making sure you are allowed to use and import that data. Stamp Hunt Brasil is not affiliated with those services unless stated otherwise.

Accuracy and Availability

Stamp Hunt Brasil uses local rules, device sensors, Apple services, airport lookup data, and user-selected evidence to help classify stamps. Results can be incomplete or wrong. You should keep your real tickets, boarding passes, identity documents, travel documents, and official records.

The app may change over time. Features, catalogs, proof rules, visual tiers, supported imports, device requirements, or availability can be updated, paused, or removed where needed for maintenance, App Store requirements, security, legal compliance, or product changes.

Disclaimers

Stamp Hunt Brasil is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stamp Hunt Brasil and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, travel opportunity, documents, profits, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. If changes are material, we may include updated terms in a future app version or publish them on the website.

Your continued use of Stamp Hunt Brasil after updated Terms become available means you accept the updated Terms.
